Senior dog owners, what do you feed and do you add extra protein?
Curious what people with older dogs (7+) are doing.
- What brand and type of kibble do you use? (senior formula, standard, grain-free, etc.)
- Do you add any protein on top? Things like chicken, eggs, fish, meat toppers, protein chews or supplements. If so, what and how often?
- Have you noticed any muscle loss as your dog has aged? If you've added protein, has it helped?
- Has your vet ever suggested adding protein to their usual food?
