Best qual research platform for small research teams?

Hi all! I’m comparing a few qual platforms for recurring project work and I’m trying to get a sense of subscription based pricing before having to sit through a bunch of sales calls. We typically run around 1-5 projects a month, although it really varies quite a bit, so I’m hoping I can find platforms that offers a year long license instead of project by project pricing, but ONLY if the costs actually make sense. We mostly do asynchronous diaries with the occasional live interview or focus group.

For those of you using platforms regularly, which ones do you feel offer the most reasonable pricing for what you actually get?

Landlord got a new deck installed, contractors said this was enough distance, but our AC no longer works

We rented a place recently and the original deck was molding so badly that my partners foot went through it, the landlord got a cheap quote to replace the whole thing but the contractors boxed the AC in and it hasn’t been working since. They’re trying to put it on us the tenants for having it running the whole time they were here (9-5 during a hot week and I work from home) could the reason the AC doesn’t work be because of how it’s housed under the deck?

Update!

The landlord had the deck contractors remove the panels surrounding the AC unit (here’s what it looks like now) and then brought in an HVAC technician. Within seconds of looking at it, the HVAC tech said, “How are you supposed to access this to fix anything?” and commented on how inefficient it was and how difficult it would be to service. However, he replaced the capacitor, and the AC is now running again! He also recommended leaving the sides around the unit open to allow easier access and better airflow. Thanks so much to everyone who offered advice and suggestions. I was genuinely blown away by how much help and knowledge everyone shared. You are wonderful people!

landlord is also going to install a vent above the ac unit!!

I misheard my partner for update #2 - the landlord is not installing a vent 😭
