Hello! I need guidance regarding a 63-year-old retired Professor of Medicine with a recurrent, localized marginal zone (MALT-type) lymphoma involving the lateral canthal/lateral rectus region of the right eye.

The lesion was resected and now recurred locally after previous treatment. We are considering radiotherapy and would be grateful for recommendations regarding an experienced ocular/adnexal radiotherapy or radiation oncology centre where I could refer him.

I would particularly appreciate recommendations from colleagues who have managed similar orbital/adnexal lymphoma cases. Thank you.
