Hello! To start, this is NOT a sublease despite the tag, but instead a sublet. You will have full control over the lease, I will cover all transfer fees aswell as your signing fee. I will not have any input or access after the sublet is finished and the apartment is ALL YOURS. Complete lease takeover
The Details:
- Main Lease: Fall 2026 – Summer 2027 (Aug 1, 2026 - Jul 31, 2027).
- Bonus: Need to move in early? You can also take over the remainder of my current lease for this summer if you want it! If you chose this option I will fully pay for your entire first month of lease as well as all fees as previously stated. This early move in will help me out a lot and I am very willing to be generous to facilitate it
