I was "pre-approved" for a quicksilver card 2 weeks ago. I finished the application and it got denied. My credit score is 590 and I'm trying to rebuild it after collections accounts I have been dealing with. I went through the offers tab on the app and now they're saying I'm "pre-approved" for the secured quicksilver card.

I'm trying to rebuild my credit. I have a venture one card(over 50% utilization, a store card (with no balance), and a mission lane card with no balance that I opened at summer last year.

What do y'all think?

I currently have my capital one venture one which was my first credit card years ago, 4k limit. I have a mission lane card $350 limit (which I want to close due to the annual fee), a store card with $200 limit (lowered when I had bad credit ), and received an offer from Capital one of a "pre-approval" for the quicksilver.

My fico score is 590 (had bad credit for a while, still dealing with some collections) and was wandering if you guys think I should go for the quicksilver to have when they add the gas and groceries to it?
