My roommate and I are looking for two people to take over our lease by June 10th.

It’s a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment for a total of $1,629/month, which is honestly a great price considering everything included! The lease runs from July 1st, 2026, to June 30th, 2027.

The building has a ton of amenities, like:

• It is a 17-min walk to the TJU East Falls Campus
• The bus stop to the city is right in front of the building (1 min walk)
• Septa Train (10-15 min walk) 
• Pizzeria right next to the building 
• Shared Gym
• Sauna
• Pet washing station
• In-building laundry
• Game room
• Lounge/common areas
• Community kitchen & fridge
• Garage parking
• Theatre with occasional movie nights
• Reiki and Massage services (at a fee)
