Waterproofing engine bay for vented hood?

Hey i was wondering if anyone has had a vented hood and took precautionary measures to waterproof the engine bay without rain louvers. I can't install the rain louvres so I wanted some peace of mind when rain and snow might be getting into the engine.

Should I keep my fb6 stock or upgrade to supercharged?

Im leaning towards installing a kraftwerks kit on my 9th gen si but wanted to know if any of you went this way with your civic. I already put on ceramic tint, oem rain guards, and am installing a carbon fiber TS-1 hood next week. I wanted to upgrade the look of the car first, then handling, and finally the performance. I plan on using this as a daily driver for several years to come. Any suggestions on mods for my 14 civic?

Any one here put an aftermarket carbon fiber hood or front bumper on their fb6?

Im looking at installing an after market carbon fiber hood and swap my bumper on my 2014 civic si. Just wondering if any of you have done this to your si? I'm currently looking at one of two options for the bumper. The fk8 duraflex fiberglass bumper and then the siebon carbon fiber vented hood.. checking to see if anyone here has installed these and how much it cost them?

Looking for a good honda tuner shop in Colorado springs for intake+exhaust install plus dyno in my fb6

Hello I'm a new si owner and was looking to install and tune, hondata, exhaust, downpipe, cold air intake and motor mount. I fit a quote from a reputable shop but it seemed kind of expensive.. Does anyone have any experience with shops in the colorado springs area?

New to the si community[9th gen] and looking to modify from stock.

I just recently purchased a 2014 all stock civic si and am looking at preparing for a kraftwerks supercharge set up. I am cataloging all the things that it will take to upgrade and to eventually install my supercharger kit. I was wondering what some other people have done with their 9th gen and how much it ended up costing them to upgrade to a supercharged setup as well as what you recommend as far as parts are concerned. I was looking at hondata with exhaust, intake, downpipe, and then possibly suspension with brake kit plus rims if i go with big brake kit. Later I will buy the kraftwerks supercharged kit and the necessary upgrades for the car to run smoothly. Anyway I was just wondering if anybody else had upgraded this route and what parts they used/ recommended!
