My manager told me that she doesn’t care if I left early if I am coming in at an earlier time, and even gave an example that was under the 6-8 hour limit we are assuming. Sounds like they just are checking your swipes & making sure you are not WFH 2 consecutive days in a row.

Even from reading other threads, it sounds like the managers are just more on alert if their employees are actually sitting in the office. But nothing they can really do to enforce it if they’re not in the same office as you.
