No bed mesh graph

Hi everyone ,

So i got a couple used Plus 4 and they all have the same issue , on the bed mesh menu i can see the controls to do a mesh but i don't get a graph at the end

I've used them like that for a while now but one of them is way off on the range and changes a lot but cant really point out where the issue is (I'm guessing a faulty bed sensor) looking at the raw numbers is not efficient at all , so i'm not sure if this has happened to anyone else i don't usually update the machines but i did update this used ones trying to fix the issue and didn't work

Plus 4 Nozzle lower than expected

So i bought a Plus 4 ( 6th one in my shop ) and it has a different issue than what i've dealt before

the Nozzle is way to low and it crashes on the back when cleaning the nozzle , i emailed QIDI and told me it's beyond repair , this unit was used before i bought it , on shipping front glass shattered i fixed that ( lots of cleaning ) , cant believe this issue with the nozzle can't be repaired , has anyone had the same issue ? , the glass breaking didn't affect the integrity of the machine I don't think that was the root cause of this happening , first picture is the printer with the issue , second one is another of my machines
