More inspiration from this group… I don’t have the oblong casserole but it came just as good with the oval baker, just used aluminum foil to cover it while in the oven 😋

Saw a post here a couple weeks ago with this dish (pan-fried gnocchis with lots of fresh tomatoes and mozzarella) and I had to try it, so yummy! The food posts in this group are so inspiring.

Did it with beef, veal, pork and turkey ((1# each). It was so good, lighter than the usual all-beef.
