The cover of the LP “Synthesizer” by A Place To Bury Strangers is a circuit board DIY synth build. I posted about it earlier, but my pictures didn’t show, so here we go again.
Anyway, I’m ready to build this thing and see what happens.

I found my summer project. The cover of the album is a circuit board that you can build into a working synthesizer. Now I have to source the parts. The band’s website says they are sold out of the parts kit. And, from what I’ve seen in other people’s builds, there are one or two chips that are hard to get, but everything else should be cheap and easy to find.

I’ve seen posts in this subreddit about this record last year. Looks like a fun project.

I haven’t spun the record yet so I still don’t know what the band sounds like. I bought it for the synth.
