Genuinely what is the point of the Town?

I only learned recently that he's actually adding the town. Maybe I'm missing some great wisdom or something, but what even is the point? It's just a hub connecting locations we already have access to, except now it takes longer to get everywhere. Unless forced to use it, I can't see people bothering with it.

And if the plan is to make it the only way to reach those locations, that seems even worse. Why make it so we have to walk through a huge (and soon to be unoptimized) town just to get to the places they were already able to go to.

Would you like there to be a be another posthumous project?

With so many demos, and unfinished songs that are STILL in the vault, do you think another posthumous album/project would be a good idea? Or should things be left as it is, due to the less than good handling in the past?
