Hey all! I’m getting a Bi-Salp done June 10th and when I had my consultation is actually when we scheduled the surgery as well! I haven’t heard anything yet from insurance, but I’m hoping to not have any issues with them. The doctor office did tell me that I’d have to pay $500 out of pocket due to my deductible being high and my not having met it yet, but I’ve seen a few comments here and a few comments on some TikTok videos as I’ve been doing research that I shouldn’t have to pay anything out of pocket. I’m wondering if anyone knows anything more about this and could help me, since I don’t really want to have to pay anything lol. My insurance is Blue Care Network if that makes any sort of difference. I‘d also like to know about some pre op and post op care. I’m planning on spending the first day at my mom’s house as I live on the third story of my apartment with no elevators.
