[TOMT] PSA/Educational(?) show about missing people and lessons on how to avoid kidnapping for children
It's main theme was this erie chant where the repeat the phrase "Missing...Missing...Missing..."
Aired in the early 2010s, but might've been made sooner. Had a host that'd talk between segments of scenarios where people would go missing and pictures of missing people and aged up photos of said people.
