If I've activated a Citi Merchant Offer (for an online merchant) and then I shop at that merchant through Rakuten, and pay with my Citi card, will I get the Rakuten reward as well as the Citi payout?

(Apologies if this has been asked, I couldn't find any posts about Citi specifically)
