Not sure I’ve had worse customer service - buyer beware!
I took up Freedom’s offer of $40 5g internet, but when I was sent the Docusign contract they had bumped up the price to $100/month, so I declined the agreement. A few days later they delivered a 5g modem to my house and added the service to my account. After unsuccessfully waiting for a live agent on the phone for 45 minutes I resorted to the chat service. The agent told me they would send a return shipping label but also said the Docusign agreement they sent me was just for my records and that clicking the offer link was all they needed to start the service! It’s now seven days later and they still haven’t sent me a return shipping label (and also did not include one on the box they delivered the modem in). I’m now back in hold hell waiting to connect to their customer service. Overall Freedom has been the worst customer experience I’ve experienced with a cell provider (I’m a former Roger’s and Telus customer).
