I currently have a pc with:

Rx 6700xt

Ryzen 7 5700x

A B650 motherboard (no wifi, i use ethernet)

32gb ddr4

650w psu

3tb nvme

The question is, what should i upgrade?

I was thinking of getting something like an rx 9070 xt. But with that should i also upgrade the psu to maybe 850w? And most importantly, should i do this upgrade or do something else like pass to am5 first?

My budget is around 700€, which is enough for an rx 9070 xt or a pass to AM5.
