Polish leczo (vegetable stew) + process photos

Polish leczo is a variation of the Hungarian vegetable stew lecsó. The main differences are the use of bell peppers instead of pointy peppers, the addition of zucchini and kiełbasa, and, in general (at least in my family), adding a variety of vegetables that you wouldn't really think about adding to Hungarian lecsó. These vegetables include - but are not limited to - eggplant, pumpkin, corn, and canned beans. I also like to add extra herbs (marjoram and thyme).

Kinda poor photos this time, as I was cooking it during poor weather, so I had to rely on the ceiling light for better visibility in the kitchen. But to make up for it, I took some photos during the preparation stage, which was mainly a ton of chopping (it's like 4 kg of veggies there, and the pot has a 7 L capacity), hence there's actually not much to take photos of (but I tried!).

Time to repot? Or not yet

I've had this jade for 2 years now. My dad gave me a very small cutting (only about 3 nodes long), which I managed to grow into this. When I received the cutting, I planted it in the pictured pot, and it has stayed there ever since.

But looking at it now, I'm wondering if I should upgrade to a larger pot. Or should I just keep it there until next year?
