Got new AIB app not impressed.
It's better than the old one and the insights are great but I really wanted pockets and stuff like we get in revolut. Considering I pay 6 euro month to aib and 3 euro to revolut for the pro plan I think it's time I make the switch and just keep the aib account dormant for when I want to lodge cash. Shame, I really wanted to stick with the Irish company.

Make a BBQ Brisket Kebab
Delicious! Damn ai mod wants more details. It was brisket, it was in the fridge for 3 days, it was awesome. Made the usual rub consisting of salt pepper msg paprika etc. cooked for 8 hours around , 140 celcuis. Let's see it that lets me post;)

Ribs and wings from first time poster in Ireland
Ribs were cooked in a dry slow cooker for six hours with a rub and then finished with a jerk BBQ sauce. Wings were on the coals as they were cooling so cooked slowly also had a separate run and some were finished with the BBQ jerk and others left with just the rub.
