Hey everyone. So I didn’t know really what to do or who to ask. My friend is trying to send over transcripts from PBSC to FSU using parchment. And NOTHING is working. It keeps saying transaction declined. And trust me when I say we tried everything, hell I got on my phone and tried paying for it instead, it just won’t budge. You can’t email yourself the transcripts or send it to FSU. He tried talking to both schools and parchment and literally they aren’t doing anything. Is there any other options? I tried looking for a subreddit specifically for the parchment website, and I couldn’t find one (maybe I didn’t look hard enough?) but thanks guys!!
