Looking for places in IB, Chula Vista, and Bonita. Budget is 4000 and husband doesn’t want to take the bridge to and from work. We’ll be a one car household so I do want a walkable area. I’ll be walking with a toddler, is it really as bad as they say walking in IB with the stench and all? I also read that it’s a health hazard breathing in the pollution from the TJ river. How safe are these areas if I walk around with my toddler in the afternoon? I’m not really sure what answers I’m looking for, I guess just any recommendations for a mom who wants to enjoy SD!
