Hello, does anybody have any input? I’m looking to buy one of the two vehicles below:

2014 Chevy Traverse LTZ with 85,000 miles. This is from a private seller.

2016 Chevy Traverse LTZ with 52,000 miles. This is from a dealership and comes with a 90 day warranty.

The 2016 is $2,200 more than the 2014. Is the extra $2,200 worth the 2 model year newer, 33k less miles, and 90 day warranty?
