Recheck no longer working/bug?

Hi fellas, did they change how this works in the last update or is it a Bug?

My torrents no longer recheck the file after completion.. It goes straight to seeding.

As you can see in the pic i have it selected.

Serviço DIGI Zona de Aveiro

Boas,

Estou a pensar em mudar da vodafone para a DIGI (TV,NET,MOBILE) no proximo mes.
A minha duvida e se o serviço em si é estavel tanto na Net fixa como no Movel (vou pedir portabilidade do numero).
Alguem da Zona de Aveiro centro, Gafanhas, Barra que me possa dar a opinião do serviço?
