First Mini-Slam
I've been back into pool for about a year now, joining an APA league last August. Recently I've been playing in local tournaments to help dial it in even more.
Up to this point I've had a few rackless and shut outs but have yet, in league, to drop the 8/9 on the break, or have a break and run (close once, made it to the 8 and missed the bank)
Last night I played in a 4-under singles 9 ball tournament and after being up 3-0, I won the lag on my 4th match and on the first break dropped the 4 and the 9, 3-0. Next rack I dropped the 8'on the break and before I realized it, was sinking the 9 on a bank for a run out.
I had to share with someone, none of my friends are pool players and don't know what it means.
I'm happy with my progress over the year 💪
