I'm getting my first tattoo in Seotember. I desperately want it to be a big rib piece that goes to the front of my pelvic area. What should I expect and is it worth it?

I've spoken to the tattoo artists and he doesn't recommend it but said he will do it. My family use him frequently and we trust him.
