This is my jjk oc. Spoiler he is broken but I think it is very well earned.

Name: Myōjin Tsukuyomi

Age: 17 (excluding the amount of time he's lived while time was slowed or stopped.

Grade: in between grade 1 and special grade (excluding chronos). High calamity grade being on par with modulo yuji(including chronos)

Personality: partially unstable and morally Grey often acting childish or inconsistent as a coping mechanism.

Major Belief : everyone's purpose is to be absolutely true to their nature no matter the consequence

Strength : Freedom and what comes with it

Weakness : lack of directional paths

Hair : messy and black

Eyes : tired and gold

Skin : smooth but quite pale. Burns covering his body from a traumatic event. Noticeable sleep fatigue even from distance.

Features : soft but refined

Clothes : loose white t shirt, loose white pants, basic black running shoes, silver ring, silver necklace, silver watch, basic watch

Noticeable actions : constantly adjusting body, hair, clothes, and stance

Cursed energy trait : glass. This makes the cursed energy appear like shapes instead of liquid as it is also reflective and only 30 percent transparent. It appears to have a yellow tint.

Cursed tool : obsidian gauntlets(resembling the gauntlets yuji uses if they were given a black Rocky texture)

Fighting style : outside of abilitues is capoeira, during his abilitues it's either Kung fu or karate

The user can use multiple attacks

The main three are : timespace impact , butterfly effect, and chronos Canon

Timespace impact

The user creates a ripple in the air. Like a distortion effect. It's size is based on the cursed energy poured into it and the same with how long its their. The standard being 6 inches by 6 inches and lasting for 0.25 seconds. Once touched by anything containing cursed energy., the user slows down time by 2.5x for a period of time based on the amount of cursed energy compared to the user with the minimum being 0.06 seconds and the maximum being 6 seconds. If the object strikes within the center of the ripple within the furst 0.6 seconds then a loud Crack of glass is heard as the rewards are multiplied by 6x. After 6 seconds if it is hit in the center the user is instead frozen for 0.6 seconds. It costs 6x the cursed energy ut takes to remove a ripple than to place one. He can create up to two fake ripples. Every ripple is only visibly rippling for 0.6 seconds. Best cooldown is 0.6 seconds. Worst is 6 minutes.

Butterfly effect

The user creates a path of afterimages made of sand and glass. He must follow the path. If he does so he slows time by 1.5x for the duration while following it (3 seconds). It's visible to all sorcerers. If the path is broken the shikigami will apprehend who broke the path for a full second before turning to sand and letting go. The user can also reveal another sorcerers path to everyone by landing chronos Canon and pouring extra cursed energy into the opponent as if healing them (though they are not) at the cost of 6x the cursed energy the user can create false paths and if he follows the perfect opposite of the oath then chronos revive is taken off cooldown. Cooldown is 6 seconds. Failed outcome increases to 60 second cooldown.

Chronos Canon

The user creates 2 after images of his choice. Follow the first one and time stops for a full second. He MUST perform the second. If he performs the second than all momentum and force is multiplied by 3.5x. If he does not follow the second after image he is immediately punished with extreme physical cost and unable to use cursed energy for 60 minutes nor their cursed technique. Cooldown is 6 seconds.

The shikigami is named Chronos.

Chronos

Chronos appears as a genderless figure around 11 feet tall and 900 pounds in a lean body type. He is made of molten sand and covered in rocks and wrappings. It has two closed eyes and an open third eye in the shape of a tilted hour glass. It can act independently. Every 6 seconds if chronos owner is below the opponent in terms of cursed energy he claps to stop time for 0.6 seconds. In order to stop it you must force cursed energy into your brain and eyes within 0.6 seconds of the clap. An alternative to stop it is interrupting the clap by directly attacking the shikigami in wich he will dissapear for 6 seconds giving you 60 seconds of no clapping. Otherwise he can rewind the user's death every 60 seconds once with a 6 minute interval. After 1 minute if he dies he's dead dead. If he survives 7 minutes or dies in the first then he is revived and the ability is on cooldown for 60 minutes. After 6 minutes of perfect execution in abilitues by the user chronos forces the user into a perfected flowstate for 60 seconds acting on pure instinct.chronos can also shatter all defensive abilities instantly at the cost of dissapeaing for 60 seconds and being unable to use abilities for 6 minutes and being unable to shatter another defensive ability for 60 minutes. (Anti gojo lmao). He can fight independently but he's slow like a brute and has very bad balance so he doesn't move much. But he can reappear in a different area within 6 feet every 6 seconds. Overtime chronos gets irritated with the userif they act recklessly and freely. Chronos has an ability where he can stop any heat based attacks until his hands become glass and reflect the rest of the attach back as he is now permanently resistant to the attack I used again. Excluding chronos revive it costs 0.06 percent of the users total cursed energy to keep him active. All bonuses are immediately forfeit if inactive excluding chronos revive.

The extension of the technqiue is Shattering Hourglass

The user must perform 6 positions correctly I'm 6 seconds and if done correctly the user stops time for 0.6 seconds. If he does not move then an explosion of momentum and sand shoots outward at 60mph. If the user moves then all momentum is forfeit. Cooldown is either 6 minutes or 60 minutes.

Maximum technique : stint Fracture

This allows the user to stop time infinitely. But every single centimeter of movement tears their body apart as if their forcing themselves through glass. Momentum is multiplied by 6 for every 6 seconds time is stopped. But the severity of injury on user for movement multiplies by 1.1 every second. Their is a tick every 0.6 seconds. It gets 1.1x louder every tick. You are able to choose a predetermined path in 6 afterimages to reduce punishment by 60 percent. If the path is broken before the third afterimage you suffer 600 percent more damage. After the third afterimagebreaking the path immediately forfeits your reverse cursed technqiue for an hour and you lose every sense except sight for 6 seconds with each after image broke multiplying the time by 6. Cooldown is 6 hours.

Domain expansion is a non lethal domain.

Domain Expansion : Boundless Wasteland of Placid Emancipation

This domain has an extremely strong barrier. It requires 60 times less cursed energy. It can lost up to 60 times longer than a normal domain. The appearance is a vast desert with wind that feels exactly like your ideal temperature. The sand is soft and doesn't get suck on your skin or clothes or body. The sky is beautiful and it never turns night. If you use an attack your reset to your previous position instantly. The domain however is forced to last atleast 6 minutes. If it is broken or canceled the user suffers immediate punishment by losing their vision and hearing for 6 minutes and losing 60 percent of their cursed energy. No cooldown if successful in requirements otherwise cooldown is 60 hours.

Characters quirks separately is being very impatient and very good at dancing despite not liking dancing. He also ran track in middle school helping his athletic aspects. He tends to smell like cigarettes despite heavily advising against drugs(he whines to a separate oc similar to shoko if ykyk).

He grew up in Japan

Tottori city. He was lonely pretty much. He tried taking his life at just 12 with chronos awakening at that exact instant holding Myōjin armed hand away from him. He tends to roam neutral as neither a villain or hero. He was originally orphaned at 11 after being in a car crash with his mom. His dad overdosed when he was 9. He seems shy but enjoys romance novels. His favorite game is probably a relaxing game like epic Mackey. His favorite song is probably something like who's ready for tommorow by rat boy. He probably likes the sand. He dreams of going to Egypt but he's kinda poor. To be fair he only makes money from being pizza delivery guy. He has a friend that let's him stay with him though. The friend is the one that's like shoko. His favorite anime is probably a silent voice.
