Is this soundpost well set?

This Master Wang Zhiguo violin arrived a couple of days ago.

The set up was pretty straightforward and magically the soundpost seemed to be set despite the international shipping. It looks in my view somewhat tilted forward, but the violin is resonant and sounds beautifully.

Wouldn't want to take it to a luthier in this sweltering heat for checking.

Could some of the experts confirm the soundpost is well placed or that at least that the violin is structurally safe in the mid term?

Hacker compromised my account, and Microsoft permanently locked it—losing thousands of Euros in digital purchases. Any advice?

Hi everyone. My Microsoft/Xbox account was recently hacked, and the attacker changed my security info. When I tried to fix it, Microsoft’s automated system permanently locked the account.

Because of this rigid lock, I have completely lost access to a digital library worth thousands of Euros built up over years.

Standard customer support is a total brick wall. Front-line agents tell me they have zero clearance to override security locks, leaving me no way to prove my identity or payment history to a real human.

I live in Spain (EU) and am currently preparing a formal complaint through the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) and local consumer agencies, as seizing paid digital goods without human review violates EU consumer laws.

Before I go the legal route: Has anyone successfully bypassed the bots to get a locked account reviewed by a real human compliance team? Are there any specific escalation forms or contacts that actually work?
