Hi all! This group is such a supportive, awesome space. Reaching out as my husband is three months out from surgery after a full tear, and was given the go ahead to begin walking without the boot. Any specific shoes, recovery items, compression items, etc. that you'd recommend in this transition to help ease the swelling (and let's be real... the fear)!
