I know when Crozer closed down there was a lot of talk about getting your medical records and it was a big hassle. I was thrilled to hear my PCP's office was acquired by Penn Medicine - I figured I get to keep my same doctor and don't need to worry about transferring records as I'm sure that'll be done behind the scenes.... well, that didn't happen.
Is this common? Is there anything I can do to still get those records? My doctors office just said nothing was transferred over from Crozer, they basically just started fresh with the Penn system.
MN superintendent is now the 9th 8th highest paid in the state:

I’m wondering if anyone has any insight as to why they are paid so much. It seems she was at 195k in 2020.
Have they improved the district enough in 6 years to deserve a 103k pay raise?
Crumbling facilities (middle school was closed early on Monday due to no AC; on top of that building being a dump)
Failing state test scores.
233rd in the state for average teacher salary and 13/20 in Delco.
Make it make sense.
Edit: Asst Super - Curriculum - 198k
Asst Super - HR - 206k
Hi!
We're using Delco Day (6.10) as an excuse to have a family BBQ and We're running it as a potluck. What would you take to a delco themed potluck?
Boland faces a year in jail as the first criminal trial of pro-Palestine campus protesters in the Philly region heads to Delaware County court.
I'm a 41 year old male seeking the companionship of a female. Not into drama or bullshit. No drugs, have my own place money car etc. Been single 6 years an don't no where to find a female anymore that doesn't have a bunch of kids or is crazy. Any ideas?
Hi everyone! My name is Andrea and I’m an undergraduate anthropology/philosophy student at Temple University (also from Delco, of course). I'm conducting ethnographic research during the period of time the 2026 FIFA World Cup is being held in Philly and I am in search of interview subjects in (or can be in) the Philadelphia area or the surrounding areas that can help me with this research. To not go on and on about what it is about, I'm looking into the ways a sense of belonging is (or is not) created for certain fans in the football/soccer space.
Interviews would be held in a public setting and monetary compensation would be provided for one’s time and the information they provide me. Interviews may take at minimum thirty minutes to at most an hour and a half. I am primarily seeking female interview subjects but definitely am not opposed to male ones. All interview subjects will have their identities anonymized by default unless they wish for their identities to be public.
If you are able and wish to be interviewed by me please reach out through private messages and we can discuss the details. Thank you!
Any good spots to watch the padres/dodgers game tomorrow night? Traveling for work and staying in radnor tomorrow!
Anyone have any suggestions for a professional to review a rental lease? The building I live in was bought a few months ago. The new owners have delivered new leases to be signed and I have some questions id like reviewed. While an affordable option would be ideal I dont mind paying a fee for a lawyer or such. I am reaching out to LASP to start.
For some context, the lease states that "our leases are on a month to month basis". It then later states, "the term of this lease is one (1) year. The total rent due for the full term is $value. In the event that the tenant should break this lease without the written permission of the Landlord, the unpaid rent for the remainder will become immediately due and owing to the landlord".
Between this and other verbiage throughout suggesting the landlord can terminate the lease whenever they want im not stoked. It also claims that the tenant, "waives the Notice to Quit otherwise required by law".
Hello! I am from rural ND and my husbands family is moving to the Drexel Hill Area. We have 2 kids under2 right now so schools will definitely matter. We’re considering moving closer to his family. I’ve never lived anywhere even remotely urban and am looking for some advice from the locals. Thanks in advance!
I'm interested in maybe getting a pool membership. Which pool is best? Any favoring adults/ morning hours? Thanks!
Does anyone know where I can find a full list of the winners from 2025? I've been searching for 15 minutes and it seems like a full list doesn't exist.
No, not looking to dump it off I-95…
Did some DIY on the patio and have some stones and broken up concrete to get rid off. Anyone got recommendations on how to get rid of them?
Renting a dumpster seems overkill for for 6’x4’x2’ but maybe I’m wrong?
Anyone used one of those Craigslist or FBM ads where they take away your trash? Would those be cheaper than the dumpster?
Or is there a better way of doing this that I’m not aware of? Thanks!
ISO community gardens that feed folks. I know that Media Fellowship House, Chester East Side-St. Pauls, and New Liberty Baptist Church in Aston all grow produce for people facing food insecurity. Any others?

Saw one on Sellers Ave the other day with a human behind the wheel and then parked at the Wawa by the Ridley Park Swim Club today. Anyone know if they're expanding into the suburbs?
I’ve made a few posts in the past few months here about how I’d be moving to Delco and finally the time has come! I’m 23M and looking to meet some new people here. Some of my hobbies include: going out with friends to a bar or even out to eat to try new food, playing basketball, video games, working out, and honestly just discovering new things but overall I’m down for (pretty much) anything. Please reach out as I’d love to meet new people around my age!
