sourdough bakeries

just moved to Havertown from South Philly and was so spoiled by Mighty Bread co, Machine Shop Bakery and Metropolitan for their sourdough.

Does anyone have any reccs? Our favorite flavors are regular sourdough, olive or jalapeno cheddar!

How to grow peonies?

Hello All!! I live in zone 7b/Philadelphia suburbs and I have this 3x11ft bed in front of my new house that I'd love to grow peonies in! Currently, it is covered in wood mulch as you can see in the pics and I was reading and it said to pull it back as much?

Can someone help me with the actual gardening tips of it? I appreciate yall so much! I am completely new and just trying to make my home beautiful after a rough couple of years.

I called local nurseries and they said that they dont stock the bare roots.

  1. Anyone know of a reliable online seller? I heard fall is the best time to plant them for a potential spring bloom! I know it's not guaranteed but that's okay
  2. How should I treat the soil? Besides taking out the mulch.
  3. How do I plant/water them for optimal healthiness?

Favorite souvenirs/trinkets/shopping?

Hi all! I will be coming to Guangzhou in August with my family (my mother is from there 😄 ) and I am looking for the places with the most fun souvenirs/trinkets. I love chinese themed things. In Hong Kong, we got those viral hand towels that were chinese themed like a mahjong tile and pineapple bun. Let me know what places you love!
