Hey guys, i'm on FTTP now and been on a solid 10ms ping for months since being with Leaptel after previously being on FTTN on 20 ms.

I had a NBN maintenance happen and bang 16-17ms ping.

I contacted Leaptel and they said there's nothing they can do and just kept asking me to run continuous traceroutes to send to them. I couldn't because I dont own a PC and they told me ohwell that 16-17ms is still very good.

They also said they had no information from NBN about what the maitenance was for specifically or what was changed exactly during the maitenance to explain the ping increase. I was hoping it was just congestion so i waitied it out and nothings changed. It's obvious my data pathway has been changed and is taking a longer route, probably to save money for both the ISP and NBN and Leaptel are just smoke clouding me.

It's crazy because I was on 20ms with FTTN and now 16-17ms with FTTP. What do I do ?
