Hi everyone, I’m 25 years old, 5’11, and currently 92 kg. I’ve been going to the gym consistently for about two weeks now, training around 4–5 times per week. I’m still a beginner and trying to build a solid routine, but I want to make sure I’m doing things correctly from the start.

I recently started looking into supplements, specifically whey protein and creatine. I understand that whey protein can help me meet my daily protein intake, especially when I don’t get enough from food. Creatine, from what I’ve read, can help improve strength, performance, and recovery during workouts.

My main question is about timing and usage. When is the best time to take whey protein? Is it better right after workouts, or does timing not matter as much as total daily intake? For creatine, should I take it before or after workouts, or just at any consistent time each day? I’ve also seen people talk about loading phases, but I’m not sure if that’s necessary.

I’d really appreciate any beginner-friendly advice or recommendations on how to properly use these supplements. Thanks!
