This website https://brickova.myshopify.com turned out to be a scam - everything looked good until I was given a tracking order that originated from China when the shops states everything is inspected in Australia before listing. Fast forward a few days, the phone number is now disconnected, not responding to emails and I even found the person whose name the shop has stolen and confirmed it’s not them running the shop.
I’ve lodged a charge back with my bank but want to raise this to Shopify urgently to try to avoid them paying out my purchase to the scammer.
Advice??
