I decided to join Ro earlier this week and am currently on day 2 of waiting for a provider to review my treatment preferences. In that time I have gotten 5+ emails/texts about my insurance review being ready, rate my experience, etc. Is this typical? It’s frustrating because I want to keep my process moving but these notifications are all false alarms…
