I want to make some Cajun pickled eggs at the house, where can I find fresh quail eggs?

A bit about me, I am a 24-year old deep water production operator. I work for danos,LLC but I contract for Occidental Petroleum (Oxy). I am married and expecting my first in September. I rent a 3 bed/2 bath home and we have 2 cars. I live relatively comfortably with making around 60 annually (5 grand a month).

I went to school, but I never finished, 3 more classes till I get my associates. I enjoy the oil and gas industry but I’m not sure production is for me. I work offshore doing a 14-14 hitch, 120 miles off the coast of Louisiana. It’s a great job that pays well, but I feel like I want to get into something else related to the oil and gas industry, preferably something that doesn’t require too much math.
