OK, hive of mind. I need your help. Got called in for a service call. Original complaint is the Hot Tub disconnect they cannot pull out the disconnect… it looks like something got in the disconnect and welded the disconnect together. Ordered a brand new disconnect, original disconnect was 30 amp replaced it with a 30 amp disconnect. Trimmed up and repaired wires landed line to line load to load and bonded the disconnect and what should’ve been a simple replacement for the disconnect. Could not get Line and load talk to each other when disconnect was turned on. Ran a meter on it and was not working. Bypassed disconnect everything works, so I thought it was possibly a bad disconnect. Client provided new disconnect same issue. I don’t know if it’s the Midwest brand disconnect or what is going on, but I cannot get this new disconnect to work.

You are given the option for a million dollar check to be deposited into your bank. But you must quit your job and move across country. Ie if you live on the east cost you have to move to west coast or if you live in the south you have to live in the north etc… its a permanent move and you can only take immediate family such as spouse and kids with you. You Can’t take parents, siblings, or any other family or friends with you. You can get a new job once you move but it can’t be for the same company as before. You can only visit your current “hometown” once every other year.
No Loophole exception, if for some reason you currently live cross country from your hometown, you have to relocate to a third part of the country, cannot move back to your hometown.

First all of this is purely hypothetical for discussion so don’t get your panties in a twist.
Secondly let’s say company provides all materials etc and you will get paid either way, would you rather get paid hourly or say x amount (agreed upon in advance) to complete x specific job
