Partially embedded metal electrical conduit in a cinderblock wall. I am assuming this is some kind of cement that they spread on the cinderblock for texturing prior to finishing the construction? I’m going to put cabinets on this wall and I need to remove this conduit so I can mount them flush. Do I risk any structural damage to the wall by removing this? I guess the best way to do this is with a hammer and chisel ? Thanks for any advice.
