Shoei NXR2 coms
Looking at coms for my NXR2 in the photo and tbh I’m absolutely pickled at the choice. Never had coms so all new territory.
Anyway I’m torn between the SENA srl-ext and the many Cardo options. Obviously the srl-ext is made for the NXR2 however the fact I can’t change it to use on another helmet easily if I change model or brand is a bit of a bummer and also the fact you have to plug it in for updates is also slightly off putting. No over the air option for it is available I believe.
I like the look of the Cardo Packtalk and the SENA 50s/r but I’m honestly struggling to see how they would look on my lid.
I’m caught between a battle of having something that suits the helmet without having a brick attached to the side VS hopefully being able to use it for a long time with other helmets.
So… does anyone have any photos of the coms systems they had fitted to their NXR2? Details also very helpful.
At this point I haven’t found anything that really suits this shape lid apart from the srl-ext but the above dislikes are putting me off.
