I bought this to add apple car play to my car. There's two versions for BMW that aren't cross compatible. She sold me one for NBT (which is my car). It came and wasn't NBT it was CIC. I returned it and she said she got it back, damaged, with all the cables missing. Been waiting for my refund for nearly a month because she has raised with vinted that I damaged the item. I haven't. Vinted is ignoring me. Will I get a refund and when?
