What steps do I have to take to make the model game ready? (Model swap mod for UE4-5 games)

Hi, I've been following along with Bran's Sculpt Character Sculpt Tutorial Series as a guide to create my own model. So far everything's been going smoothly, with the base model already retopolized with the only remaining steps to just make the clothing+accessories. Where I aim to diverge from the tutorial is to make this model game-ready instead of limiting it to just poses in Blender. I am not at all familiar with UV-unwrapping or baking details into normals, or if Blender's modifiers (Multires and Subdivision) would even translate into game engines.

I hope I'm explaining myself since I don't understand this topic very well, but I'd appreciate if anyone could give a me a breakdown list of steps I need to do to achieve that goal.

I really like my current desk, I like the pullout tray, and that I have enough space on the top to draw/paint, but one of the biggest issues is just the lack of airflow my PC has. The only open space it has is the front and back, otherwise it's totally enclosed and it's a real pain taking it out whenever I have to clean.

I want a desk where I can shift my desktop to the bottom right, or put on top alongside the monitor. Also one where I have the same amount of space on top to draw and where my keyboard doesn't get in the way, I don't really care about the shelves otherwise. (though it would be cool to have something similar, my cat loves to climb on and sleep inside)

This one and this desk look alright but I'd love any other suggestions y'all could throw my way.
