Ok. I decided that I want to train for function and health. What should I do?
Being able to move and feel good doesn't really get prioritised in today's world from my own personal experience. Especially, Bronze Era and Silver Era bodybuilders prioritised function and health alongside their aesthetics which is what I aspire to be like because they're a lot more advanced and better compared to today's bodybuilders that prioritise aesthetics over everything. So what should I do to achieve this?
