25M, 89kg, 6ft3, non-smoker, not on any medications.

I’ve had this small red dot on my face for around 1–2 years. As far as I can tell it hasn’t grown or changed, but it also shows no signs of going away.

It’s very slightly raised/pronounced and mostly disappears when pressure is applied.

Just wondering if it’s anything to be concerned about, and whether there’s any way it can be treated or removed.
