As stated in the title, the fuel door won’t open. I’ve tried looking in the boot for the emergency release lever/handle thing but can’t see anything. I don’t have a door on that side, and as far as I can tell the felt-y panel won’t come away, there are some cut outs on the underside of where the parcel shelf rests but again I can’t see anything up there. Am I looking in the wrong place? The floor of my boot/trunk has the battery and some fuses but no handle either and I can’t imagine it being down there.
I’ve tried every combination of pressing the door and unlocking the car that you can think of. There’s a little bit of play in the door still but it’s just not unlatching. I’m going to try some plus gas in there tomorrow but until then any ideas?
