What are YOUR 3 favourite GTA spots?

This summer I’m trying to make a list of my personal top 50 restaurants in the GTA. I got to 32 then I realized that’s pretty much all the spots I think are 9/10 spots from my experiences. Would love to add more to the list and try some new spots this summer. So! What are your personal 3 favourite spots? Doesn’t have to be expensive or famous, just personal favs. Anywhere in the GTA including Scarborough, Etobicoke, And York Region. Some of my personal go-to spots below:

Ramen: Kajiken
Pasta: Gusto 101

Dumplings: Sanji Bao
Korean: Mapo Gamjatang
Thai: Pai or Isaan Der
