Customer Service is a NIGHTMARE - why do we order from here?
I put an order in which I received on time - however, Wayfair sent the wrong item entirely.
When advising customer service they truly couldn’t care less and just say things like “well we have to wait 1-2 business days for the manufacturer to respond” .. what is the manufacturer responding to? “Ohh yeah we sent the wrong item” to then go through the shipping process.
I finally got them to issue a replacement at which they are just sending it via normal shipping which is going to take quite awhile even though I advised multiple times of the urgency pertaining to the product.
When saying to them I would really like it to be shipped expedited they just don’t give a shit and say “ah we can’t do anything as that’s not our policy”
This is why most people shop on Amazon, because when they mess up (which happens a lot) they at least expedite the item out to you.
Anyone else have these issues or know of anyway to have them actually help?
