Birch Lane Rugs made by SAFAVIEH?
I purchased the Birch Lane Elle Rug and recieved a rug identical in look but the tag says SAFAVIEH. Did I receive the wrong rug or are Birch Lane rugs manufactured by SAFAVIEH?

I received a couch in terrible condition with sharp, broken parts. Because it was a major safety hazard and we didn't have space to keep broken furniture in our apartment, my roommate and I had to dispose of it immediately. (I took pictures before I got rid of it and emailed them to Wayfair!)
When I contacted customer service, they completely ignored what I said and insisted on photos and videos after I told them it was already gone. Wayfair sent a dangerous product and is now making a simple refund unnecessarily complicated. I expected much better. Avoid.
Hi all. Looking for advice since Wayfair customer service is not helpful!
I purchased a sofa back in February and split the payments between a credit card and a debit card. Did it over the phone, Wayfair lady said everything was good and the sofa was shipped to me.
Looked in the account and saw that the debit portion was still pending. I re-did it to get it to go through. Check a few days/weeks later, still says pending. Re-do it again. I've gotten no notifications from Wayfair that anything is wrong. I was actively attempting to pay.
Next time I pull up the account, it says that it's been paid in full. But upon closer inspection, it says that the $200 debit card portion is a "bad debt write-off." Immediately call Wayfair to figure out what that means. Lo and behold, they don't know. Lady says she can see that no attempts were made to contact me and that she has put in a ticket to get someone on it. No one ever called.
Called again. Customer service has literally no idea what it means, just says it may or may not have gone to collections. It hasn't appeared on any credit report, but the lady says that maybe it'll appear in 90 days. They said wait and see if it hurts your credit. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ They think it went somewhere, but they can't see where it went. Genuinely I have worked harder to fix this than Wayfair. I want to give them their money!! I don't want it to affect my credit!
*Not sure if it makes a difference, but this was ordered through my mom's business account using my credit/debit cards. So extra shitty that they treat their business account holders this way as well.
Thoughts? Has anyone had this experience before? If so, can it be fixed and how? TIA!
EDIT: Called back and went through many different departments. Wayfair uses Cedars Business Services. According to them, Wayfair did not properly notify me, nor did they provide Cedars with my email for them to contact me (??). Ended up paying $211 ($11 service fee) for them to remove it immediately. Got told it wouldn't go on my report and that this has been a common problem in 2026 with Wayfair. Apparently, Wayfair's software team is "on it."
Hope that^ helps someone since Wayfair is incompetent! Call Cedars and they'll fix it for you and send you email confirmation, a receipt, whatever you need.
I bought an outdoor patio set on Wayfair yesterday at 9 am. At 10:40 I got an email from Wayfair showing their Memorial Day Sale and a patio set that was cheaper and better suited for me. So I quickly CANCELLED My order (from 2 hours earlier). Well, they said it's TOO LATE TO CANCEL.. the order is already on its way. I can refuse the delivery _ if I'm home when they arrive? I hope they call first.. these will be HUGE BOXES (a sectional set with a fire pit and 2 chairs). I can't belive they didn't cancel it with in 2 hours.
I ordered the OTHER set which was cheaper and that's to be delivered later this week, too.
They also said I will have to PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING and won't tell me how much that will be? I can't imagine becuase it's HUGE and about 350 llbs worth of furniture.
Any idea what this will cost? There's NO PHONE NUMBER For WAY FAIR? All i have is the AI robot to plea with and that's not getting me anywhere!

Is this usual for Birch Lane (owned by Wayfair)?
I ordered two stools under $500 total. That was three days ago. There is no email receipt still but the credit card charge definitely went through.
I purchased these chairs:
Addallee Swivel Premium All-Weather Wicker Outdoor Lounge Chair, Cushions Included (Set of 2)
After I cut open the box and started assembling it, roaches were crawling out of the wicker!!! I was horrified. I immediately reported a problem but the automated system kicked it over to manufacturer... Wtf should I do in the meantime? I threw out the cardboard box and I put the wicker part outside on the patio. Am I at risk of getting infested? 😭🤢 Am I overreacting? It's almost midnight and I have work tomorrow or I would go out and get something to spray with.
I have ordered a couch from Wayfair. Agent before ordering said that I would be able to select a time period for delivery when order reaches the local delivery agent.
Update: FedEx gives no option to hold or postpone the delivery as shipper ( Wayfair) has choosen not to.
Update: I am never buying from Wayfair, they literally provided no customer support, a lot of misinformation by the agent, just so that we make an order and they can get commission.
Result: I have an expensive couch laying somewhere in a hallway for someone lucky to grab and go.
Trying to buy an open box set of 4 chairs. They're $390. Price is accurate in my cart until I hit Proceed to Check Out. The item price remains proper but they come to a very bizarre $652 order total?
Anyone have this happen before?
UPDATE: Called Customer Service. Apparently the open box is out of stock so it is automatically replacing with a brand new set in the checkout.
All the items are cheaper during Memorial Day sale as compared to Way Day sale. It's a freaking scam.

after being a long time customer, imagine my surprise when they want to offer me a measly $17 to keep $320 worth of items, or pay $64 for a return!
i was so shocked! I WOULD HAVE NEVER ORDERED IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN! when you're doing interior design sometimes a product doesn't work. I REGRET THAT AN ITEM FROM WAYFAIR CAME INTO THE SEARCH RESULTS AND I STUPIDLY BOUGHT IT.
i used to actually recommend wayfair for certain things but that's LONG GONE and OVER!
i told the customer service associate that they will lose a customer who has spent thousands of dollars over the years for $64. they are rendered powerless by this horrible company.
THEIR WEBSITE IS MISLEADING. "DON'T LOVE IT? EASY 30 DAY RETURNS!" they fail to mention that your return will cost the same as a TANK OF GAS!

I know we've all been having issues with items showing up full price. Has anyone had any luck in the past couple days?
I would never recommend Wayfair to anyone ever. I’ve had the absolute worst experience after purchasing a bed from them. The bed is supposed to come in part 1 & part 2 boxes. First time I ordered it was delayed, even after I paid for assembly and scheduled an assembly date. This made me waste of a day of work as I called off to be there for the assembler. I also disassembled my old bed and got rid of it so my room had space for the new bed and also for the assembler.
When the bed finally came, it came with two part 2 boxes (missing part 1). Called customer service, they said they’d send part 1 and had me return a part 2. I don’t have a printer so I have to go to UPS to print a label. After waiting, instead of a part 1 box coming they sent me another part 2. So at this point I had 3 part 2 boxes. Not to mention they are 110 lbs each so it was very hard to move in and out of our house.
They said it was hard to figure out how to order just a part one box so they had me return all three part two boxes and they re-ordered me a bed. Once the bed came, I only got one box and one for some reason got sent back to shipper so I ran through the same problem again they just re-ordered me an entire new bed.
The bed finally came once the assembler came to assemble it. There were a lot of missing parts and so I had to go out of my way and buy different screws as well as slats.
During this whole saga I did get some refunds however by the end I still paid for basically 2/3 the bed. But after the missing parts and slats, I felt like I should’ve gotten an entire refund as I had to keep delaying assembly and calling off work. And spent money out of my own pocket to get screws and slats. They said they would give us an entire refund but only gave us $100.
Worst customer service ever. Worst company ever. How do they ship out beds without all the slats and screws ?
I ordered a crib a few days ago and the estimated arrival date was for today but when I go to track the package it still hasn’t even been shipped out.
Has this happened to anyone else? When can I expect the actual package? I’m due in early June, what’s the likelihood that I’ll actually get my package before then?
Ordered something on April 16th, item claimed to be 3 day shipping. Still not shipped. Spoke to support, item ready for carrier pick up.
Is this something that just won’t ever ship?
Does anyone know if you can return something you ordered via Tried and True (still in box, changed my mind) and pick a different item instead?
I wish I was lying but I'm not. This is beyond vile. And they have been such a hassle about me getting my money back.

Title says most of it. I moved into an apartment that is roomy but there are 2 sets of stairs and a small hallway to get through before im inside. The front door (without removing the door) is likely 30" but i havent measured it yet. Id like a standard sized couch (74"-84"). I cant find shipping dimensions on any of the ones im interested in.
