Diffuser project for Infiniti G37S
Hi, I'm posting this here to share the results.
A while ago, I bought a Maxton package – it only comes with a rear lip or diffuser – which doesn't match the rest of the car – too "flashy"...
Due to my passion for tinkering with cars and the technological possibilities, I decided to design (CAD) and manufacture (3D print) an additional diffuser, which I integrated with the rear bumper lip.
The results are below – it turned out quite interesting – in my opinion.
The diffuser's "wings" are made in a fuzzy texture, which allows the layer-by-layer production method to be concealed.
It fits perfectly; all I really had to do was match and drill the holes I had previously made in the lip to the finished part.
The color also meets my expectations.
