I just downloaded Bully on my computer for the first time, just to play the Bully Master Mod by tupakka1. Before adding the Master Mod, I installed SilentPatchBully along with Bully WidescreenFix. I followed the guide on Steam and went on my merry way.
Something to mention is that the game didn’t crash the first time I opened it, even before adding SilentPatch. It felt a bit funky though, and the screen was cut off on the sides. After adding the Widescreen Fix, the image became bigger, but it still wasn’t full screen. Ngl, I’m not even sure if those two fixes applied correctly. I followed the guide, but I can’t tell if they actually worked properly.
Then I added the Master Mod, and it does work, but the menu text doesn’t show up for me. I thought maybe something got corrupted, so I deleted all the files, deleted the game completely, and tried everything again from scratch. After all that, it’s still the same issue.
The Master Mod is working, as you can see in the picture , but the words in the menu are missing. The game also still isn’t full screen, which I don’t think is supposed to happen, but I’m not sure.
Can anyone help me figure out how to get the menu text back and make the game display properly?
