hey!

i'm looking for recommendations of jazz guitar pieces to start learning

i've played guitar for a while now but never really focused on jazz

recently been learning a lot of theory (including avant-garde oriented stuff) and focusing on chords, voice leading etc

i really don't know where to start with finding tracks to learn. i of course like davis for the modal jazz sound, coltrane for that spiritual intensity (plus the Everytime We Say Goodbye and Blue in Green style)

i want to get better at expressing these styles on guitar but the jazz i listen to now doesn't feature guitar as much.

thanks for any advice in advance

hey, im going to the liverpool show in july

never seen loathe before, got into them with ILIIAITE. my favourites from that are two way mirror, screaming, IIRY, gored & title track

looking for where to start with the rest of their discography, and what songs they usually play (ofc the new album will be a major part of the show) - i dont know anything from their 3 other albums.

thanks!
