I'll avoid directly stating my opinion because I'm genuinely just curious about the responses.

Started him late last year, grew him inside under a plant light during the winter with another, been outside against the house since April~ Water every other day, or if he just looks dry. Other one is triple the size and looks much healthier.

Also no this isn't it's resting place, just moved it here since the other one is going in the ground now,

And yes I know he's dry as hell, this will be fixed shortly.
